Working Independently

Windtec's customers are wind turbine manufacturers in China, Korea, Japan, the United States, Czech Republic, Spain, Germany, India and Turkey. Since 2007, Windtec has been a wholly owned subsidiary of American Superconductor, which is listed on the US technology stock market Nasdaq. The R&D center in Klagenfurt, with 175 employees from ten different nations, is firmly established locally, but operates globally.
